    Land Surveying Services:

​

• Tree Location Survey*: $300 up to 5 (five) Trees; 6 (Six) or more: $20 per Regular Tree; $50 per Heritage Tree 

• Boundary and Topographic Survey: $600 (+$100 if is a Flood Zone Parcel) 

• Boundary, Topographic and Tree Survey*: $750 (+$100 if is a Flood Zone Parcel); Tree Location up to 5 (five) Trees, 6 (Six) or more: $20 per Regular Tree; $50 per Heritage Tree 

• Stake-out for Cleaning or Fill Dirt Pad and Benchmark Elev.: $400 * (We require a copy of the site plan approved by the county or city permitting department, as required)

• Stake-out for Building Envelope and Benchmark Elev.: $500 * (We require a copy of the site plan approved by the county or city permitting department, as required)

• Spot Survey (Concrete Slab Location): $400 *

• Under-Construction Elevation Certificate only: $200 *

• Final Survey without Drainage Elevations: $300 *

• Final Survey with Drainage Elevations: $400 *

• Final Elevation Certificate only: $200 *

• Others activities: $175/Hr. *

    Engineering Drawings Services:

​

• Site Plan for Floor Plan: $250 (Place the proposed floor plan within the area of the lot in the survey document)

• Stormwater Siteplan (Type 1): $500 (Only for houses or structures with a size less than 40% of the total lot area)

• Stormwater Siteplan (Type 2) $700 (only for houses or structures larger than 40% of the total lot area)

• Septic and Stormwater SitePlan “Bundle” (Type 1): $1000

• Septic and Stormwater SitePlan “Bundle” (Type 2): $1300
